"Well first things first, a big thank you for the trip and please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the pleasant, knowledgeable and professional skipper and crew. We had a wonderful time the boat was extremely clean and comfortable and Joel, our guide on the island was excellent and well informed, White Island is certainly an experience to remember, quite scary though standing on all that activity! To top the day off we had the thrill of seeing a huge pod bottlenose and some common dolphin, plus pilot whales, so exciting!
It's easy to see why you have won the awards and worthy recognition you have. The whole business is operated with extreme professionalism, well done to you and your team. "Oh my goodness. Your White Island Tour should be on any kiwis top 10 things to do in NZ. I cannot believe it has taken me 36 years to do! We went out on Jan 5. Your crew were knowledgable, approachable and flexible! On the way out to WI we deviated from our route to follow some dolphins and pilot whales - it was amazing. Hi team - just wanted to say a very big thank you to all the team who made yesterday's trip truly awesome. I am a member of the Pack n Boots group that were on the boat yesterday to White Island. As a travel agent, I have seen many tourist operations first hand, and would like to say, that I was extremely impressed with your professionalism, the flow of the whole operation, the clean and comfortable boat, and the friendliness and knowledge of the crew surpassed all expectations.
